Having attended two of Naomi's Business Etiquette seminars, I can without hesitation recommend her sessions for people interested in improving professional etiquette. Naomi teaches methods to approach typical business situations with greater confidence and polish. She brings a wealth of experience to her instruction and is lively, interesting and demonstrates etiquette concepts with plenty of 'real life' examples. The principles introduced in the seminar are transferable between business and social situations. I think everyone could benefit from this course. It was good. I couldn't take notes fast enough!
